In the last episode, we saw how and why Ryan and Maria failed in closing the door to the interactions with Jason to take the time and space needed to figure out what they need to do about the future of their relationship. We also saw how Maria’s failure in honoring her agreement led to more betrayal and infidelity which exacerbated the intensity of the conflict between her and Ryan while strengthening her bond with Jason.
